Rivers with Class I - IV water and more difficult Class IV+ rapids: waves 4-5 feet with drops complicated by difficult passages. Obstacles may require quick, precise maneuvering. Falling out of the raft and "swimming" in a rapid will be difficult.
Best for those with Class III experience wanting to try-out Class IV, or for athletic, very adventurous first-timers.

The Numbers Full day offers the adventurer, Granite Gorge and the Numbers sections (Class IV+) of the Arkansas River. Pine Creek Rapid (V) is an optional drop sandwiched between these 2 sections and it is the most challenging rafting on the Arkansas River! This section is continuous action, and filled with pour-overs and steep drops. In the heart of Colorado's highest peaks. Pine Creek Rapid (V) is optional for the class IV guests. Guides will access each crew to determine whether they are up for the challenge. For physically fit, experienced rafters. Minimum age 16 years.
